Most of us spend around a third of our time sleeping. If you’re lucky, that might be about a quarter of a million hours over your lifetime. Given the amount of time we devote to sleep, it’s surprising how little attention we pay to it.
In this session, we look at the science of how and why we sleep and the impact it has on our everyday lives. Sleep is more than just the absence of being awake.
