Working Cultures, Conditions, Mental Health and Suicidality among Junior Doctors

There are currently 55,000 junior doctors working in the NHS; comprising half the medical workforce. Evidence suggests junior doctors are particularly vulnerable to work-related psychological conditions such as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, or burnout. This video presents a personal account from one of our junior doctors, Charlotte Hall and her experience, together with input from Chief Investigator Dr Ruth Riley and Anya Gopfert, Study Consultant on their research findings.
